Cherrae Whittington, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C is a Board-Certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner per the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is the founder of NP Modalities Therapy and Wellness in Lawrenceburg, KY.
She is originally from Somerset, KY and is the oldest of two children. Cherrae resides in Salvisa, KY with her husband, their four wonderful children, and one fur baby. When she is not working, studying, or going to sporting events, her hobbies include traveling and spending time with family.
Cherrae received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana State University in 2018 and her Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University in 2021. Her nursing career started in 2013 and she has worked in a variety of settings over the years.

Rachel Harris, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner per the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Rachel grew up in Danville, KY and graduated from Boyle County High School. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Murray State University in 2013 and Summa Cum Laude with her Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University in 2021.
Rachel currently lives in Danville, KY and works full-time as a nurse practitioner. She has personally struggled with her weight as an adult and is empathetic to the struggle most people face with stress and unwanted weight gain. She is excited to work at NP Modalities to help people achieve their personal health and wellness goals in a comfortable and private setting.

Tabitha Knight, APRN is a board certified nurse practitioner with the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Tabitha has been a Registered Nurse for 25 years and a nurse practitioner since 2017. She graduated from Walden University and is currently attending Northern Kentucky University pursuing her Doctorate Degree.
Tabitha has lived in Lexington since starting her nursing career but grew up in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky and still feels deeply connected to rural healthcare. Tabitha currently works full time in primary care and has a passion for helping others to live their best lives.
Tabitha has a sincere desire to assist people in their weight loss journey having a life-long struggle herself with those same challenges. Her priority is to treat patients with a holistic approach to aid them in achieving the best version of themselves.
