Weight loss
You Are NOT Alone
Weight loss can be a sensitive topic and a struggle for many people, often creating a strain on mental health.
- Obesity affects
more than 1 in 3 adults in the U.S -
leading to increased risk for type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular events, liver disease, kidney disease, and many other comorbidities.
- You will receive a personalized and comprehensive weight loss plan that is sustainable and enhances your life!
- We look
beyond diet and exercise, addressing hormone imbalances, insulin resistance, stress, and sleep to help you see real, long lasting results.
Note: Hormone imbalances, insulin resistance, and chronic inflammation can significantly impact weight loss. Managing stress, improving sleep, and ensuring proper nutrition are also key factors in achieving lasting results.

What does it do?
- Delays how quickly the stomach digests food leading to a feeling of fullness giving better portion control as well as reduction in cravings.
- Delayed intestinal motility allowing the feeling of fullness for longer after meals.
- Stimulation of insulin secretion by pancreas to lower blood glucose values by helping the cells use glucose from what you consume INSTEAD of storing as fat and also by reducing production of sugar in the liver termed glycogenesis.
- Reduces inflammation throughout the body.

Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)
LDN has been shown to assist with weight loss and increased control with metabolism. Naltrexone is an FDA-approved drug that was created to treat patients suffering from opioid addiction in the 1980s. LDN uses one-tenth of a naltrexone dose which is why it is called low-dose naltrexone. The most common form of LDN is a capsule taken at night time because it can assist with sleep.
We commonly use this in those with chronic inflammatory or autoimmune conditions who are also struggling with weight. This may also be useful in those with chronic pain.
