Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with a holistic approach to modern medicine. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care that moves beyond traditional, insurance-based frameworks and embraces cutting-edge, evidence-based therapies. They should also have an open mind and willingness to learn about advanced treatments, including hormone optimization, regenerative medicine, and other modern modalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Develop individualized, patient-centered care plans that integrate holistic approaches and modern therapies.
- Administer or oversee the delivery of services, including but not limited to:
Hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
Weight loss management
Thyroid Optimization
Peptide therapy
Testosterone Replacement Therapy
- Move beyond traditional, insurance-driven prescribing to focus on personalized treatment strategies.
- Stay open to learning and implementing innovative treatments, including hormone optimization and peptide therapies.
- Interpret laboratory results and imaging to guide treatment plans.
- Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle changes.
- Document all patient interactions and clinical decisions in the EMR system (Hint Health).
- Collaborate with the office team and use Spruce Health telecommunications to enhance patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest medical research, treatments, and protocols.
Requirements:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in [State/Region].
- DEA certification for prescribing controlled substances (if applicable).
- Experience or interest in one or more of the services provided (MWL, HRT, Peptide, Thyroid, etc.).
- Strong proficiency with EMR systems (Hint Health preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in both clinical and administrative duties, be passionate about patient care, and have an open mind to learning modern medical treatments beyond conventional healthcare models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist providers with patient assessments, treatments, and follow-ups.
- Administer injections, including vitamin shots and hormone therapy.
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper equipment setup.
- Perform phlebotomy and process lab samples (experience with Labcorp preferred).
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history.
- Educate patients on treatments and post-care instructions.
- Manage check-ins and EMR documentation using Hint Health.
- Communicate with patients through Spruce Health to coordinate care.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure proper storage.
- Stay updated on hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and other modern treatments.
Requirements:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required.
- Experience in phlebotomy, injections, and clinical patient care.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and medical confidentiality.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems (Hint Health preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to holistic and modern medical treatments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Spruce Health telecommunications for patient interactions.
- Previous experience working in a non-insurance-based, patient-centered practice.
- Passion for integrative medicine and preventative healthcare.
