The Process

Schedule Appointment:

Your new patient paperwork will be sent to you to fill out online prior to your appointment. This provides us with time to learn a little more about you and your medical history before we meet.

The Initial Consult:

At this appointment we will discuss you and your overall vision for your health. We will also obtain labs in house (you can review the labs tab for more details on lab work).

Initial Consultations are $50, if you decide to proceed with a membership through us, this $50 will be credited towards your first month!

Follow-Up:

We will discuss your lab results and treatment options to formulate a customized plan specifically for your goals. Our services are set up in a subscription format.

Maintenance:

After you begin your therapy regimen, you will have direct contact with your provider to discuss progression of your therapy/ goals.
